1. Eligibility

1.1 Candidates

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor
• Willing to provide accurate personal and professional information

1.2 Companies

• Valid business entity
• Represented by an authorized individual
• Using the platform for hiring and evaluation purposes only

2. Platform Use

2.1 Candidate Accounts

Candidates may:

• Upload CVs and relevant personal data
• Participate in video/audio interviews with explicit consent
• Update their profile to maintain accurate information

2.2 Company Accounts

• Provide company name, job roles, and preferences
• Access matched candidate profiles
• Use personal data only for hiring purposes in compliance with GDPR

3. Matching, Interviews, and Communication

Cruit Europe uses automated algorithms to match Candidates to suitable job postings. Interview participation is voluntary and recordings are shared only with explicit Candidate consent. Companies agree not to redistribute interview content.

4. Contracting and Hiring

• Final contracts are between Companies and Candidates
• Cruit may facilitate contracts but is not a party to them
• Companies must notify Cruit of hires made through the platform

5. Data and Privacy

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information and never share or sell data without your consent.

6. Fees and Payments

• Candidates use the platform for free
• Companies may be charged a success fee upon hiring
• Invoices follow agreed payment terms

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not misrepresent, misuse, scrape, or spam. Cruit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content belong to Cruit or its licensors. Usage is restricted to authorized access only.

9. Disclaimers

Cruit makes no guarantees regarding hiring outcomes or content accuracy. The platform is provided "as is."

10. Limitation of Liability

Cruit’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Company in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Legal disputes will be handled in Dutch courts.
